Managing Consultant ~ Digital & Sourcing Innovation
Suzanne is the Digital and Sourcing Innovation Manager for HudsonRPO – AsiaPacific. Covering 2 roles in her current position, Suzanne is firstly responsible for developing and delivering sourcing strategies, training and project support to Hudson RPO onsite teams and secondly, heads up the DSI Consulting Practice which works with clients to reduce recruitment costs, increase recruiter capability and supercharge employer brand to attract and engage targeted candidate groups through multi-channel sourcing approaches.
With over 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, Suzanne has worked across agency, internal, HR and RPO onsite recruitment positions, leading teams of up to 16 consultants, both locally and remotely. Working onsite for blue chip organisations in Australia, Europe and the U.S., Suzanne has built successful onsite teams through the development of targeted recruitment strategies as well as executing innovative sourcing solutions to meet the hiring needs of the business. Suzanne has delivered recruitment strategies across management consulting businesses, investment banking, pharmaceutical, government and FMCG clients.
Suzanne has expertise in identifying, scoping and delivering key projects such as developing employer branding collateral, diversity initiatives, Employee Value Proposition development and recruitment process improvement. Suzanne is also a passionate blogger and currently writes for her own blog thesocialrecruiter.net, the HudsonRPO corporate blog and one of the UK’s most well known blogs, the Undercover Recruiter.
