Ivan Burrell leads EY’s Oceania Talent Sourcing team. His team are responsible for proactive sourcing; typically engaged to find talent for difficult to fill roles.
Talent Sourcing is a key strategic priority for EY globally. EY are building our capability in the US, UK, UAE and in the Asia Pacific region. We are in the process of integrating our strategy and approach; where we use many of the technologies and tools globally. Our Talent Sourcing teams are very tactical running headhunting; tactical promotional strategy and integrating our tools and systems to talent pool for the future. EY has been growing very quickly; we are recruiting new and different skill sets. The Talent Sourcing team have integrated to support this growth and need to deal with the challenges of finding varied and changing skills.
Ivan began his career in marketing and sales within Healthcare and FMCG. He moved into recruitment and worked with a start-up before moving to the UK to look after recruitment within the financial services industry.
